...oshiba has the best policy. Permanent employees will be fired under last resort. Salary compensation is good as a whole compared to the market. Work time is weekdays 9-6. For career growth, best to join as developer. As for a testing position, best to join in mid level career like team lead or automation engineer.

Dislikes

Favouritism and politics will be there in most teams (very few) in the company. No transportation. No free food. For testers, noticed more occasionally skill development training will not be provided. Working hours as per policy is 9-6 (including lunchtime) but will be forced to work overtime plus weekends as well. Micromanagement will be there in all teams. Working from the office is still the norm at the company as many management persons prefers (WFH was introduced only during the pandemic). Testers will be mostly contract employees in all the teams. Job security and career growth will be less or zero for a manual test engineer(contract employee). Management will treat permanent and contract employees differently. For someone starting the career as testing engineer, definitely not recommended.

Best company if you want job security and need to have work life balance. Though this may not be true across the departments but TTEC is the best. Management is easy going and provided hike even during covid. Company policy is also good when it comes to insurance or benefits.

... there won't be new learning in most cases. Have to stick to same tech and team. Salary hike is minimum 10% every year.

Supportive team, Career growth financial and technical both aspects. Employee friendly policies.

Dislikes

...ies (they could take monthly amount from employees and provide facility of cab). They give competitive package but if you financial growth is bit slow. If your get on-site it would be great. Notice period is 3 months which is too long.

Good company to settle down. Good work environment and coworkers Some of the teams have good work life balance. Good yearly hikes if performed well. Good number of leaves

Salary increment is comparatively better compared to other MNC's.leave policy is good.Total 36 leaves per year.And will get chance to work in different domain.Company is in good location .

...d 9hrs timing has to be maintained for each day.Where you don't have WFH option.Salary for lateral is more compared to existing employees.
