    Big brand, timely salary deposited otherwise nothing liked

    Dislikes

    Almost everything Boot licker management who have lost their conscience, safety and employee friendly policies in papers but nothing is actually implemented or hiding from employees. Highly partiality in management during increment or appreciation either you work or not or having zero performance only show that you are active. ED asked team members to work 12 hrs or more duty. No leave as per your requirement either you are seriously ill. No insurance claim you can do. I was stucked for the years in same position. I will suggest everyone either fresher or experienced do not join. Else due to poorest work culture you may regret badly afterjoining as I do.

    Worst company to work.

    Dislikes

    HR is interested how employ gets less salary. No training provided . No extra activity planned . Not extra benefits. In covid though u worked 24*7 nd ur family member is positive your salary deducted by HR. Boss is interested in only work. He is not even interested that is employe is getting salary or not if he worked . HR KRA is how to debit salary from employe. Small industry is better than Torrent. Very slow carrier growth.

    Centralized purchase dept,technical service dept decided product under ref and not basis of quality and cost.waste of materials which is reusable and scrapped.Admin dept controls on technical dept for use of materials ,equipments,processes and system.
