Good work environment and culture .fair Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

...online session in this pendamic situation with well known doctor from mumbai. Also they havent cut a penny from the employees salary rather gave incentives to the employees who have attended office from their work place. They have also top up the Mediclaim for all the emplpyees to cope up the Covid expense with no burden on employee.

...y salary structure r not observed or salary structure not revised past 10 years. In short other new out side employees company taken higher salary but other stable employees or very low salary package not adjusted by HR.

No early permission/half day permissions, low increments, descision making not quickly from HOD's, Hods do not follow safety, and main thing is there is a lot of pride in being an glochem employees including HOD's, more politics

Regulatory compliance are up to grade Ambience of company's site is very Plesant Canteen food is up to grade Work pressure is moderate It is a good Plant form for Local people who want to run a average long run consistent job..

...regarding leave or attendance and the salary deduction according to attendance..changes very certainly with out any proper / visible notice Salary structure is not employee friendly at all. Medical facilities are there..but in emergency it creates a miserable situation
