...y salary structure r not observed or salary structure not revised past 10 years. In short other new out side employees company taken higher salary but other stable employees or very low salary package not adjusted by HR.

Torrent pharmaceutical limited group is maintained very good work culture and management. In pharmaceutical companies no comparison with this group it's true. Never before,ever after. I suggest to all, very good platform for pharmaceutical employees.

Dislikes

There is no salary revision for glochem merged employees, but they were doing more work with compare to new joiners. Actuallyy torrent group is very good, but Vizag administration is very bad situation. Here no system only HR having own rules and regulations just like Hitler. There's no unity in management, man oriented running.

Salary in time, work pressure zero, leaves & Overtime dutys not allowed , Unofficial activities not allowed.

No early permission/half day permissions, low increments, descision making not quickly from HOD's, Hods do not follow safety, and main thing is there is a lot of pride in being an glochem employees including HOD's, more politics
