Almost everything , HR polices,work life balance, job salary. Here executives are too much underpaid,behaviour of above department is rude sometimes only to show that they are superior.

I was working here. No job security in Kanpur GA under GA head Mr. G.V. Ram Manohar (vice president ) He makes the toxic work environment in GA with no job security. Almost more then 5 employees, he took the job just to satisfy he’s “ego” without any fault of employees including managers, Executives are the victim of his ego termination.. can’t feel safe here to work UNDER such a narcissist and Hitler personality. He is always threatening the employees during the meeting “i will not give you any increment or i will make sure you will terminate”..

Salary is paid on time, i.e. on or before last day of the month. Job security comparable to government jobs.

1-You cant say no to work even on weekoffs if your GM/AGM dont want to. 2-Poor salary & pathetic annual hikes. 3- GMs/AGMs/Mangers are too egoistic, and give regular threats on the name of confirmation/increment.

Salary on time !!! Alternate Saturday week off.

Human welfare is negligible in this company, politics every corner in this company, No benifits given for Hard work person even working on odd hours , Salary in Hand was very less comparative to other CGD company, Promotion given to those who are good in Gujarati.
