Working at Torrecid India Pvt Ltd I'm feeling safe about my job and other things because they have a supportive staff and also the management is supportive in the COVID-19 situation.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to Manage my under work employees duty and work and also I have to manage my branch vice work in a single hand , I have to do the work late at night most of the times. But they also care for their employees. If sometimes I came late in the morning it is okay because I do OT late at night.

- service based company in morbi and supplier to ceramic tiles Production. Where you will be working 24*7 because plants run 24 hrs and if there is any problem in a plant you need to visit them even it’s Sunday or any holiday or any time if you don't then your management forces you. - zero skill development since you will be already occupied with this.

* Managers: They are very bad. Specially, Marketing Manager, he is a bit egoistic about himself. Company will always blame you, Managers, MD, will make you feel very bad about yourself. Your seniors will always taunt you, if you answer something wrong. They don't know life outside Morbi and will never allow you to work on your free will.

No work culture .. no valve of safety .. worst managers ( unskilled & arrogant ) ... systems / rules are made for self comfort by management ... dont follow gpcb norms and terrible environment ... they make bond with all employees of 2.5 yrs for 3lpa and if you resign early they fear you by saying u have signed bond which in real is illegal
