- service based company in morbi and supplier to ceramic tiles Production. Where you will be working 24*7 because plants run 24 hrs and if there is any problem in a plant you need to visit them even it’s Sunday or any holiday or any time if you don't then your management forces you. - zero skill development since you will be already occupied with this.

* Managers: They are very bad. Specially, Marketing Manager, he is a bit egoistic about himself. Company will always blame you, Managers, MD, will make you feel very bad about yourself. Your seniors will always taunt you, if you answer something wrong. They don't know life outside Morbi and will never allow you to work on your free will.

The company culture and the adversity of the working personnel. Amazing environment at their Staff house. Best job opportunity if you from Morbi City and did Chemical engineering or Ceramic Engineering.

Dislikes

The learning process in the initial stages which makes the youngsters moulded into some other personality more humiliating persona, working shifts are not fixed, you keep working on and on it never ends, demand or expectations from the organisation from the only working person never ends. Worst part is they don't even give you enough personal space or personal time.
