I am grateful tha they consistently provide salary on time, Additionally I appreciate that tornado group does not dedect any accommodation or transportation charges, even thouge i stay in the company's accommodation.

One issue is the presence of internal politics , which can sometimes create a nagative work enironment, another concern is the lack of differentiation in transportation and accommodation provided for labor and staff members Occasionally, after finishing our duty hours, we are required to wait for the same transportation for an extended period of time

Tornado is one of the best company in UAE as I worked as STORE KEEPER in BLUE WATER PROJECT. I love this company as I learnt a lot of new things in during my job. Also there were two engineers. One is Mr.obadat electrical engineer Second is Noor mechanical engineer Really both are very very helpful and honest. At the end I pray for this company and for the mentioned two engineers whose were helped me a lot in during my job. Again if someone give me a chance I am ready to go for interview and Join immediately. Pray for tornado company betterment.

Dislikes

As per my perception all the people's are not the same as why I left the job there. Because of one of the concern project person as I don't like to mentioned his name here. He issued me a termination letter with out any reason as with out say any words I signed it and send it to the concern department and still my 23 days salary are yet there. So the top management must keeps their eyes on lower staff to solve any problems on the same time.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
