... to like: Employees are not professional at all. Shyam is a worthless Director. They used to terminate women employees in Pregnancy to avoid the payment of salary during maternity leave. Even in pregnancy and critical situation they wont give you wfh option. They love to do partiality... some employees wfh permanently and those who joined from office they wint have opt for wfh!! Suddenly they stopped Evening snacks and giving the tissue paper to employees, can you expect such kind of unprofessional behavior from a 20+ yrs old company? No PIP plan at all, no job security. 10 hrs working culture, where most of the IT company has followed 9hrs working!! They wont look at your performance rather than calculate how many times an employee goes for a break!? I wish I could File an FIR against Torana!

...company, but director have destroyed everything. He watches you on camera 24/7. Salary hike ranges between 2k-5k , I got 2k after completing 4years at torana. They compare there self with Accenture, Amazon but I will selling chai rather than working for them. 2k me petrol ka kharcha tak nahi nikalata. Also they expect you to work for 10 hours. There shift timings is 10 am to 8 pm.

My team lead gave me 27 out of 30 and they gave 2k. Just learn from my college who is currently working in torana that they have taken tissue away from employees.. And ek towel de diya.. They have also taken their weekly breakfast. And I'm feeling lucky that I have left this company. Mental health is important. Worse worse company

I worked here for 3 yrs. I really appreciate that candidates with break (valid reason) are considered they didn't judge you on that basis (unlike other companies). I got equal opportunity to grow technically & financially. I found managers & even director is unbiased. they are reachable if you have any query/question. There are ample opportunity for learning. definitely recommend here for work.

There are mandatory working hours are 10. Due to which its difficult to have work life balance. No WFH.

I liked the work they have for developers. It helps each individual to grow and instill confidence in one's work.

Appreciation is missing in the firm, they want their work done. They don't care about efforts one put in.

I wish I could mention anything but there is nothing like about this company. They will show everything is the best you get from Torana or ICEDQ but i can assure you will get anything but a mental stress and pathetic management and company policy.

Check below review it all deliberately done from HR to the employee of icedq. They send email to review, hr will come to you, all of them ask you to post review good about the company, just because they want to show to others. Dislikes about torana / icedq is everything from the company work to HR to management and the policies. By giving laptop and work for a company which has office in USA is not enough. I wish i could switch the company after my probation period but due to their notice period I suffer a lot. At the time of recruitment they will ask to join the company as earliest as possible but when you serve notice period it longer then you expect. The leads don't understand the task and the other thing it will change any day, sometimes its functionality, sometimes its UI/UX, and you will be doing this task repeatedly in which you will never finish a single thing. Every team suffers a lot due to the poor leadership thing here at torana.
