No Work life balance, huge pressure to achieve target, no job guarantee in sales

...ent and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are not good and they do not give good salary hike and bonus every year

Well they gave me very short period of time before asking for resignation because of covid...good part was they offered me other post which I was not interested

In this company nothing any like activity bcoz all system n all activity culture are totally I'm not like.

Supervision authority is totally wrong person. Salary in this company according to work very less. Environment is so bad. A single employee work 3-4 person work. Stress n target is so high. Job security is totally zero. Management is zero.
