...e availed only after achieving target. No perks other than salary and incentive. Salary is good for people with no or very less experience. I told the HR I want to join a company not a hellhole. Paid money doesn't justify the work salary should be higher. I didn't even go for interview.

There is no job security and current incentives plan is worst and lot of politics inside the company finally there is no chance life balance

... without any advertisement, barnding, promotion TOPPR was 2nd edtech in India Salary on time No layoff during Lockdown Office atmosphere was good Hybrid working-class Policy was comfortable as per employee to cantrol attrition
