I have been working in toppr Just for 1.5 months and it was my terrible experience Sales target are their but no worklife balance. At all.

After i have resigned they told me you get your fool n final amt but its half of the salary you not even half. I request all of you when you're going to toppr for interview kindly check the reviews The Hr team is continuously ignoring my mail and no such update on my salary till date

...wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. my manager used to literally blackmail me. gave me half my salary in my first month despite doing everything that the job description required me to do.

...e availed only after achieving target. No perks other than salary and incentive. Salary is good for people with no or very less experience. I told the HR I want to join a company not a hellhole. Paid money doesn't justify the work salary should be higher. I didn't even go for interview.

... then your ideas can't be executed because your senior ego is greater than that. I felt for good money at first but when I joined, something was not told at first and that was if you take a leave, your two day salary would be cut down. It means if you don't come office any day then you have to pay from your salary to the company what you get for two days. It's hilarious, isn't it.I joined toppr and I regret it.

... without any advertisement, barnding, promotion TOPPR was 2nd edtech in India Salary on time No layoff during Lockdown Office atmosphere was good Hybrid working-class Policy was comfortable as per employee to cantrol attrition
