Nothing good at all. My advise to all future new joiners is first receive your offer letter and legal affidavit from them and after reading everything is okay with your expectation, then send your documents by courier.

1. Work timing from 7:30 am to 09:00 pm 2. Maximum illiterate/ minimum literate employees from Gujrat who only know abusing from morning to night in every situations. 3. Very time consuming system work and managing local workforce. 4. I found my colleuges who are dying to come back to India and making new employees mad by playing hindi sad songs. 5. No disclosures to new employees that old ones were infected and hospitalized due to COVID 19. 6. Work 365 days. No weekly leave. 7. They are very smart in hiring. HR will first tell you to send your documents by courier and later he will share offer letter and tell you to make a legal affidavit from court for company's safety.

Company has supported in every aspect to all employees like in terms of medical help , social distancing, time management , quality heat service to staff , financial help and above all company paid advance salary to staff in this situation.
