Furthermore, the internal politics within the company are simply unbearable. The management seems to thrive on fostering a blame game environment among departments, leading to a toxic work culture. Instead of encouraging collaboration and teamwork, employees are pitted against each other, hindering productivity and progress. To make matters worse, the directors of Top Syringe Manufacturing Pvt Ltd clearly lack the basic knowledge and skills required to run a company effectively. Their incompetence results in countless project delays, primarily due to financial issues. It's evident that the company is unable to manage its finances properly, leading to a cascading effect of delays and frustrated clients. Company don't have vision. They don't have strategy how to grow.. higher management are working on 30 years old / back strategy only on papers. They never think to learn new things. In Syringe they don't have compitition becouse no other manufacturer in India and demand is not much so employee will not grow. In other products they don't have tecnology/ capacity to stand with compition in market so employee will not grow again. Salary delayed by 3 months. After resign never received proper settlement amount. Politics by old employees. Appraisal: when you appraisal company or management will cry for loss loss. Company don't provide any insurance policy. No PF ; not a single benifit for the employee. Company has very old tecnology (40 year) and they want to grow...😄

No salary on time, employees salary pending for 6 month, how they can give their 100% with this kind of mgmt, no management at all, even company HR advising to leave this as soon as possible, worst company sorry shop/gala kind of atmosphere. People stay here only if they don't have any other option.

...re using from last 50 years and still they will expect more production from you. No growth, no increment, even not a yearly bonus. And one more quality manager is there, he don't know how to use vernier or air gauge and he will give you advice like how to improve product quality.

This is the training school where you can learn... And good company for senior citizens or job less candidate. Actually they are finding those people's.... Timeing is not flexible but the company time 10 to 6 as most of the employee comes late by 10 :30 on daily basis....

...n't have experience about the market. Only on paper they achieve the target.... and salary they are paying after 4-5 month later with 2 and 3 parts of every salary. Politics, working culture, taunting by old employees. Away from truth.....many more Management does not now end-user of there product.. application...but they will not share truth.
