This company completely fails to value its employees and exhibits a shocking levelof negligence when it comes to paying salaries on time. It's a constant battle to receive the hard-earned money that rightfully belongs to the employees. First and foremost, the company has a habit of delaying salary payments by an astonishing two months. Every month, employees have to continuously remind the management to release their salaries. This not only creates financial strain and uncertainty but also shows a complete lack of respect towards the hard work put in by the employees. Furthermore, the internal politics within the company are simply unbearable. The management seems to thrive on fostering a blame game environment among departments, leading to a toxic work culture. Instead of encouraging collaboration and teamwork, employees are pitted against each other, hindering productivity and progress. To make matters worse, the directors of Top Syringe Manufacturing Pvt Ltd clearly lack the basic knowledge and skills required to run a company effectively. Their incompetence results in countless project delays, primarily due to financial issues.
