Salary and incentives are at par.

Absolutely horrible management, Typical Gujju/marwadi company. knows how to suck the blood of its employees. was working for 16-17 hours daily. VP was so obnoxious he created the same mess he created in his last company. absolutely draining experience. pointless meetings with 20-30% growth expected every single month. No weekly off system. work off was considered as a privilege. upper management openly abused and ridiculed middle mgmt in front of its subordinates. no respect, funny part was some team leaders were threatened to be on PIP within 15 days of joining???. every single minute had to check Cranky VP's messages on whatsapp where he ridiculed everyone and wanted answers every minute of every hour and if we didnt respond to his message he treated us like dirt in every meeting.

I was trying to rate in minus but couldn't.

Dislikes

...th you friends, they want you to finish your lunch within 15 mins and come back. No salary increment for anyone in the department from last 4 years. Only managers got salary increment, rest we all are just working working and working. HR will promise that incentives will be given to you but the managers will give 30% of that variable. Useless.... So many things and no time to waste on this organization. They chose people to whom wfh can be given but when we ask wfh.. the policy beholds everything.

...ure. Will also tell you to join within 15 days ditching your current employers. Hardly does salary negotiations as well. Their salary is fixed for role before hiring. In short company offers very unethical hiring process and has no respect for new comers.

...view for outsiders for internal position in spite giving all answers correctly .they They will only hire you if you settle with low salary They will conduct interview only for formalities
