.... Toxic work culture 3. Micromanaging of employees 4. Poor work-life balance 5. Deduct salary, no transaparency in policies. 6. Lots of mental abuse, inhumane treatment 7. They will ask you to complete target irrespective of how wrong u do with your patients. 8. Ineffective HR.

Initially it was all good , incentive structure and work culture

Now they are just on to torturing ppl and they have been deducting money from the employee’s minimum gaurantee salary too which is wrong on soo many levels

Pathetic Company to work with they put hold your salary and their targets are impossible just so no one can make money

When you dont achieve target they would threaten you with job security and block your salary. On top of that the seniors themselves lack knowledge about product and lot of politics is played and very byus towards the favourite
