They keep an eye on you all the time, they have problems with you friends, they want you to finish your lunch within 15 mins and come back. No salary increment for anyone in the department from last 4 years. Only managers got salary increment, rest we all are just working working and working. HR will promise that incentives will be given to you but the managers will give 30% of that variable. Useless.... So many things and no time to waste on this organization. After you fill out the form after giving 2 to 3 rounds of interview, she will just simply start ghosting you. Won't pick up your calls and won't reply on messages. No respect for the people who are being interviewed. Seems the company with most unethical culture. Will also tell you to join within 15 days ditching your current employers. Hardly does salary negotiations as well. Their salary is fixed for role before hiring. In short company offers very unethical hiring process and has no respect for new comers....Read More

Everyone will agree with toothsi management is not good but the bond between TL and counseler is Excellent and bond with councellor where so good as it feels it's our second home as we have good bonds as we use to come office by 10and leave by 10 it's 12 hrs job and due to friends motivation we use to stay and work for long hrs

Being forced to go to far places away from your designated zone in the name of training. Continuous appointments from 8am to 8pm without break, just 2 hours in between appointments in which you have to do the scan and then immediately travel to the next location, no Time for lunch or snack break. It's been one year since I worked in Makeotoothsi, the management is shit. The only thing you can learn is learn about aligner treatment. The amount of pressure you are facing is enormous and the remuneration for a associate is pathetic.
