Self-ego satisfaction HODs are there who are using juniors for their benefits. They are judging your performance against your personal services. They are going to change their firm name, but this is not changing your bad image if you not making strong employee's favorable policies. there is NO HR for making healthy work environment. Company needs Politician does not engineer or manager. No Japanese culture is their meanwhile company having worst working culture like as Lala ka karKhana. Not recommended to join. If you want to spoil your carrier, then go for it.

Now you can bring any kazen in this company, it will not get approval Any engineer or manager in this company works for only one or two years and after that they look for another job because all the people in this company are local and they all look after their own jobs.
