- Transparent company vision - Good pay - Amazing peers and seniors

Dislikes

- Communication gap between product and tech team leads to unrealistic deadlines which lead to overwork and a terrible work-life balance. - Appraisal process is a black box. Hike % is not performance based, its pre-decided and everyone will be sticked with the same justification for the % no matter how you perform.

The organization lacks a positive culture, makes poor hiring choices and has a senior manager who lacks understanding and effort in relation to the product. There are no mentorship opportunities and you'll be responsible for figuring out most things on your own, including your future projects. The founders have a great vision and are building a superior product. However, this is a disconnect between this vision and the first-line leadership, which needs to be addressed.
