...oyees skills. He don't appreciate our knowledge and don't trust their employees. After resignation they not even release my salary and gave me bad words. For him employees are purchased by company as he is paying salary to them. I strongly recommend not to join even if HR is giving 100% hike. I have not observed any single employee who has completed atleat 1 years of service in Today............ Think 100 times before joining....

The sales department is a high energy space, perfect for ambitious professional. The targets can sometimes feel steep, but the rewards both in terms of recognition and incentives makeup for it. Some improvement and time management process would help.
