Management is terrible! Despite the fact that you were not given a yearly bonus and appraisal, they always neglected you with excuses such as not having a budget. There is bias within the marketing department and the manager support girls regardless of their performance. This behaviour is unfair and unacceptable. Everyone should be treated equally, regardless of gender.

...ur work. Timepass company, if you know politics you can survive without working. If you are joining anyways, negotiate salary and designation at the beginning. do not opt for less than manager level roles, you will be mistreated.

...yment, training other teams. All the above work is done by 1 or 2 TMF employees. For this they bring in 2-3 vendors who are literally paid 4x your salary and they know nothing. A PM will be assigned who does nothing. Regional teams won't cooperate for implementation. End of the day TMF engineer is blamed for delays.]] Upper Management will then simply search for a fall guy (within their own team) and blame him. Contractors Happy and upper management happy. Also, if you want to apply for IJPs, they are released outside first and then are released internally for name sake (after already selecting the guy) when I ve asked HR he said that is the policy here!!, when you apply they simply say position is filled, so new guys who have lesser knowledge than you will be your boss!!. TIP 1: They always hire from consultants. Also, if you are joining; negotiate salary and designation at the beginning itself. Reputation is so bad that they will end up giving you 30-40% hike. Do not join as an engineer or below manager level. They will play you in ways you cannot imagine. TIP2: for all negative reviews, TMF will answer that it is undergoing management changes and all will be good soon etc. But the problem will remain forever. Period.

Salary: A person with two or more years of experience receives only 2k.TMF should look into it since employees work for your firm to expand, yet TMF treats them like beggars. Don't declare we'll give them a 10% or 20% raise because they only want a better package. Instead, consider their experience and pay them well.Some managers might not necessarily recommend solely.

Salary is only good thing in the organisation

Dislikes

If you can't l-i-c-k dash dash of your senior or you are not refer by someone knowing person in the organisation so you can not survive there, they will play with you like toy There is no trainer in the organisation and no one can provide you training, I faced this very literally even I asked multiple time from senior to take my review every week but they don't care because they already planned to fire you at the time of review....

Company provides a good compensastion, NOTHING ELSE.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. There is no job security and company has challenges in understading their resources. Majority of the decisions are made from EMEA region, hence most of the decisions are not alligned with Indian professionals interest. Efforts are unnoticed and appraisals are done on judgemental basis by Manager. GBSH is the worst project to work with as whole leadership ignores the grass root challenges. There is no benefits. There is NO scope to learn or improve skills. It is an Organized KIOS company. In general employee/team is threatned about job cuts
