Management is terrible!
Despite the fact that you were not given a yearly bonus and appraisal, they always neglected you with excuses such as not having a budget. There is bias within the marketing department and the manager support girls regardless of their performance. This behaviour is unfair and unacceptable. Everyone should be treated equally, regardless of gender.
Salary: A person with two or more years of experience receives only 2k.TMF should look into it since employees work for your firm to expand, yet TMF treats them like beggars.
Don't declare we'll give them a 10% or 20% raise because they only want a better package. Instead, consider their experience and pay them well.Some managers might not necessarily recommend solely.
If you can't l-i-c-k dash dash of your senior or you are not refer by someone knowing person in the organisation so you can not survive there, they will play with you like toy
There is no trainer in the organisation and no one can provide you training, I faced this very literally even I asked multiple time from senior to take my review every week but they don't care because they already planned to fire you at the time of review....
Company provides a good compensastion, NOTHING ELSE.
Dislikes
Compensation is decent. There is no job security and company has challenges in understading their resources. Majority of the decisions are made from EMEA region, hence most of the decisions are not alligned with Indian professionals interest. Efforts are unnoticed and appraisals are done on judgemental basis by Manager. GBSH is the worst project to work with as whole leadership ignores the grass root challenges. There is no benefits. There is NO scope to learn or improve skills. It is an Organized KIOS company. In general employee/team is threatned about job cuts
Senior Managers will never let you grow fast and during appraisal they will make sure to not give you good ratings. If you score 100 goals but they will remember 1 goal that you didn't do and this would impact appraisal.
