During the pandemic where the companies were firing their employees, TLG held their employees strongly and provided them job security. The work culture is awesome here, very flexible and understanding co-workers and managers.

Annual bonus, OT should be added as a motivation for the employees to give their best

...e time of Joining they offer you good hike but after i have joined in 2019 feb.. no increment in 2019 2020 and got promoted in 2021 but only got the gernal increment no salary revision that must be happend, no R&R no employee engagement program, no work appreciation, no motivation for doing extra going out of the box .... if you need something to discuss with your HR have raise a ticket..... overall i dont like working here.

Great company to work with ....loved every minute of my experience ..only drawback salary increase is once in 2 years that to single figure...rest best coy to work with...If u enter and stay for 2 years u will never want to leave

The company is open to innovations and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am part of the project that is in top of revenue is concern. The client is ready to expand to new markets in India, i get to travel a lot in india and also exposure of new market.Another plus point is that the ops team is every one if from the starting of the project which gives lot of confidence to the client also that we can do anything.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Internal politics is very high. For better appraisal and growth you don't need to work but you need to have a PR with you top official.

Nothing first they give u training for new technology then they discuss for the project evaluation and after 15 day they say we can't take you in this project

Everything first they don't put you in any project if you talk to HR team then they take you in project for 10-15 days then project manager call you and say there is some issue with clients so for now the project shut down then again we go on bech then after few days they say we have given you 5-6 project but had not given good results
