...rs/Experience candidates first, they have 3 Years of Bond with the penalty of 2.8 lakh rupees if you want to leave the company and they offer the starting salary of 2.8 lakh rupees with no proper increment within the period of bond and staff is also Extremely Rude. Additionally, the company is involved with money laundering things they do fraud with employees by adding 50-70K as bonus in salary account and ask them in cash basically they are converting their black money to white money. Furthermore, the company ask bond amount which is 2.8Lakhs in cash only they didn't accept the bank transfer or cheque, or any other transaction only accept cash to hide the proof against them. Also, they hold your important documents like 10th certificate & Degree Certificate until you pay 2.8 Lakh rupees after that you have serve full 90 days of horrible notice period...! This is not the company its "Money laundering Family Business".

...ll to the employee. Management only wants to see their benifit in any situation. This company signs a bond with employee of 3 lakhs and pays the lowest salary for their employees according to market value. Worst management ever witnessed. All the members in higher position are very cunning they just want their work to be done at any cost. Even this company grants 60000 as welcome bonus to every new employee and tell them withdraw cash and give it to HR which will later be used for their personal life wishes which is a big scam going. They do not accept any bank transfer or online transaction during the bond break time they will force you to pay in cash. Here is not the end, even after paying the bond money of 3 lakhs they will intentionally give a negative feedback on your experience letter. How worse could an organisation be it's non other than TLE. I personally recommend to not join this organisation or you will be in a very huge loss of money as well as your mental peace.

...dding bonus to fresher account and ask them to withdraw cash and handover to HR. For fresher they sign a bond of 3 lakh for 3 years and pay very less compare to market santards as 2.8 package. If any one want to break the bond they will ask to pay the money in cash so they can use this as black money and give a basic receipt with out any stamp and signature or company letterhead. Be ready to face the challenges in coming days TLE Technology for money laundering.
