The company is the best in my life span and the company is open innovation and always adopts highest technology.I am very much proud to be a part of the Company. The main plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural background and I worked witn them happily. Organisational behaviour and management of this company is very adoptable and appreciable.

Dislikes

The work pressure of this company is very high,sometimes I have to work more than 14 hours straight in day as I have to attend clients call for billing and HR issues. I do receive appreciation calls and mails from Clients.The company managers do not value an individuals for this I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
