How and Why?
1. They pay employees who have been here for over two years very little, even though they're doing the same job as others who get more money. And here's the funny part - they gave big salaries to managers who leave after only a few months,. It's like HR doesn't know hoe to set fair salaries. Managers join, Increase the pay, and leave within three months. But they don't do anything for those of us who are working hard and handling management issues for the company.
2. When we ask for a raise or review of our pay, they act like they're bargaining at a street market, making us feel like we're just here to do their bidding.
3. In this company mangers and heads don't have any power, This HR manager act like next owner of the company and completely baised with the employees who is doing some favours (partying gang friends). If you're not friend with HR, they don't listen when you have problems.

4. Utilizing the MBA student who completed operation, This HR completely utilizing him as a puppet for doing the silly HR tasks and pity jobs like arranging birthdays and sharing motivational quotes, as well as low-level jobs.
5. They show a lot of favoritism. Some real remarkable example: Employee can resign and rejoin the company within a week or a next day they'll offer a very big package. We cannot even think about sudden spike 40 to 50%. That's shocking truth.
6. All this happens because the HR manager doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Most of the HR employees and HR head left, except one person who isn't very nice.
Special request to Inhuman resources: Please show some kind to the empoyees who is screwed every single minutes by managers, Heads and owner. So many employees lost their sleep and mental peace.
Every single employee of the TEAM aware of your great activities. Don't spoil the career of the employees
Nothing to be precise. Do not join this organization. Sorry, can't even call it an organization. Its a JAIL!!

Management treated employees are waste.
Consultants are money-eaters from the management.
This company creates history to send employees home within 2 to 3 months.
Every month employees will resign from their job because of the chairman's torture.
Every department head, manager, president, COO, general manager, worker, Deputy manager, and executive all resigned and escaped from this jail.
Can able to learn about non ferrous / nickel alloy material standards and work exposure.

Even serving notice period settlement and experience certificate has been hold by the company. Not allowing to relieve on time and not allowing to join in new company. Giving mental stress by giving negative feedback to new company referrals.

HR sets a track and he is obsessed with revenge and also Keeps an eye on someone and destroys as much as possible.
HR is the key person to set a mental disturbance to employees that leads to "quitting the job"
This company creates a milestone for "QUIET-FIRING". HR is posting a complaint about every person negatively to top management.
