# Actually the company culture and policies are good but not same applicable in all divisions. # You go the senior management and HR if you have any issue but again the managers comment is the also valued if he or she tell something against you, You will be judged. # Company gives good leave benefits but if you use for atleast for a week you'll have to ask for managements manager. # Good amount of bonus we get no doubt. # Company provide evening snacks which is good. # Proud to work as according with the TATA COMPANY NAME but not the management they'll ruined your all proudness.

...IONS Appraisals are totally unfair and the criteria will be differ Every year. Forget about increment they don't even give you a good salary hike every year.

...ers so always ON Roll is best as compared to franchisee (off role) employee if u are late & go early then Salary deduct vs and if u come early and go late thenther e no any OVER TIME Salery provided

You will get many opportunities to develop you skill set by providing guidance throughout the tenure. Management is approachable, ideas and complaints are getting heard and company provide best possible solution.

Salary growth is very slow, promotion is also not lucrative.

Never got any salary deduction issue or late received incentive and management is good but they giving growth very slow

I have seen 10yra of employee who still on same level of work place growth is not there

People are really very good...work culture also very good.

They are not just good pay master if you enter in low salary then you will get average incriment of 5 to 6% annually which will give you big dent in long run.
