We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Manager (ABM) to drive sales, expand market presence, and manage retail operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, franchise management, and team handling within the watches or luxury goods industry. Experience in business development, talent management, and digital marketing (ATL, BTL) is highly desirable.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail & Franchise Management: Oversee and ensure smooth operations of franchise and company-owned stores in the assigned area.
• Market Expansion & Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase brand presence.
• Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
• Talent & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor store teams to enhance productivity and customer experience.
• Customer Experience & Brand Positioning: Ensure a premium in-store experience and alignment with brand values.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain teams for efficient inventory management.
• Data Analysis & Performance Insights: Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Marketing & Promotions: Implement digital marketing tools, ATL, and BTL campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with franchise owners, distributors, and internal departments to align business objectives.
