Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Please never join this organization if you are a fresher. It's a very very bad organization they don't give you any benefits or any kind of growth. They might ask you to leave and will not even give you your work Experience.

Good work culture for learning custumer handling skills specially for freshers.

Dislikes

One major issue of the company is he is not provide any provident fund and Esi Facility for 6 months after the joining date and cannot provide offer latter and joining latter. Career growth is very slow.
