Dislikes

Organizational policies are not at place. No thumb rule for judging employee effectiveness. No policies with clientele boarding. Affiliation to only broker fees not always allow to establish proper market reproach. Lacking of proper policy & documentation is adverse for the employee. The Directors want it to be so. Hardly a sales employee works as in a career growth option.
