Lack of transparency and poor ethics, revealed that they were not allowed to question leadership or rise concerns about work related mistakes done by leader. The leadership encouraged secrecy and silenced. Aggressive management bruising work culture with a lack of empathy from manager. Toxic culture and micromanagement, the company culture is worst I have experienced. Every one is micromanaged to the point where you can't breathe. The leadership team is more interested in playing office politics than actually getting work done. The managers here are the worst. They scream at employees in front of everyone, show blatant favoritism, and never offer any constructive feedback. It's hostile environment were people are constantly on edge.
