Dislikes

After three rewarding years working with an exceptional team its with a heavy heart that i decided to resign, primarily due to ongoing challenges posed by the clients. Despite the many positive aspect of our collaborative efforts the clients struggle with Indian communication, team relationships, inappropriate remarks, lace of structure, disrespect towards colleagues have crashed work environment for me. I want to emphasise the value i placed on the relationship formed within our team, and this decision was not made lightly. However I believe that stepping away is the best course of action for my professional well being. I have truly appreciated the positive experiences we have shared and hope that the team ant the clients can collectively address and resolve these challenges for more harmonious workable atmosphere. I extend my gratitude for the support and camaraderie over the years and i look forward to maintaining positive connections in the future.
