...he handover of my own domain and had given me some other tasks other than it. 3. They do not process salary on time. That is, they do not have a particular date in a month to process. The salary is credited in the account anytime in a month between 15th to 25th. It's like one is working for one and half month and being paid only for a month. Mainly we need to keep a follow up for our own salary and keep asking when will it be processed. 4. Being a Pvt. Ltd. Company it does not follow basic company policies such PF, Insurance, no paid leave etc. 5. There is no security to female employees as anyone in the office has to for late nights to early morning on the immediate basis requirements. 6. The company does not provide reimbursement if being transferred to other location or if travelling fir official purpose. The expenses are to be borne by the employees and even not providing the salary keeping these things in mind. 7. They decrease the salary if one has been called back to the base location. 8. Even after happily accepting and completing all the tasks, the end result one gets is a Layoff without notice and without the amount for survival until one gets a next job. 9. As they use the word "Financial Freedom" It's actually a kind of burden in real life. Working in TTA is like - looking for mental peace then forget the financial freedom.

They conduct weekly seminars and team outings, which is good for personal and professional growth.

Dislikes

There are way too many things to dislike. They lack professionalism. First they will promise you the hike on your salary after probation period and at the time of hike will make a fool out of despite the hardwork you've done in your probation. Salary will not get credited on time ever. They will either pay in percentage or will give stupid excuse to delay the salary. Targets are never enough for them. There are unnecessary meetings after every 2 hours, you can't have lunch break on time. You should finish lunch in 15 mins, can't use phones while working. Will force you to apply makeup for no reason, no job security- you can get fired without any reason. They personally attack on you by asking personal things issues. Ask other teammates about your shortcomings and personal issues. Pathetic job policies and environment. The certificates they offering to students are fake, they have no coordination and collaboration with universities and institutions but give false promises and hopes to students. They will try every possible way to harrass a person who may have enquired about any course in the past. Please don't fall into the trap. Stay away from such fraud institutions. Director is unprofessional and orthodox. Seniors are all biased and puppets of director. If you decide to leave they'll not even bother to ask you the reason. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
