For me there was a bond of 1 year before which you cant leave. Though a small time period, guess it should not be there

Top Management is willing to change the working culture and believe on the employees.

Some of the employees are very rigid to change the system and they don't support of the new employees who wants to change the system as per Lean manufacturing. HR also willing to do work on paper only and will not miss the chance of miss behaviour if decided to quite the company.

We have a good scope to explore our talent and our overall experience in this company is good and we are satisfied with our work and Company Culture. Compensation & Benefit are as per our expectations. During Pandemic our Company given a full support to us and provided all facilities to work at home.

Tiki Tar means the whole career to me in short. I have learned a lot of things with my long tenure and have worked closely with the management. The Management and HR has helped in all step of the way and really helped me in being the person i am. I gained experience, confidence and lot more enthusiasm during my tenure in Tiki Tar.

Being an employee from the sales department you have to be on your toes weather its weekend, any holiday or whatever it is.
