...pect for all employees -No work or office once the defined work hours are over -On-time salary -Employees are provided with good systems and IT resources -Adherence to strict and employee friendly guidelines -Follow the global standards of Shell for all employee matters. Especially during the covid times, they have been really supportive and considerate for everyone.

- Sometimes its stressful with no clarity on what to do next - Many good policies exist which I wasn't aware of until I asked HR

I have been with Tiki Tar and Shell for five years, and I can confidently say that the work environment here is fantastic. I love the fact that the company encourages professional development by offering various training and development programs. The work-life balance is also good, and the flexible work schedule allows me to balance work and personal life effectively. Overall I would recommend Shell to anyone looking for great place to work.

Very good work culture. Feels like a family. People are really supportive. I was among the first sales team of Tiki tar and Shell. Always enjoyed the positive energy and team spirit which is flowing in the whole team. We really enjoy the team culture and the management ensures the standards are aligned with that of shell standards.
