Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They provide lunch for he staff. (Although it was stopped in between with an excuse to begin again after a week. But never happened in front of me).

Dislikes

I just would not count my experience there as a good one. The reason being work done by you is never appreciated. While I was promised a raise and permanency after 3 months probation I was told after 3 months that they will hire a Team Leader who would evaluate our work done so far and then only will decide whether to give me a raise or not. Weekly off only on Sunday which dis-balances your personal life, you would have to request for offs on Gazetted Holidays (except Diwali, Independence Day, Republic Day or Holi) and even if you are granted one salary will be deducted.
