Considering my 2 years of working experience in Tietoevry, I thoroughly enjoyed working here. The positive culture and supportive environment fostered both personal and professional growth. I experienced a high level of work satisfaction and appreciated the ample opportunities to work with the latest tech stack.

Dislikes

...been positive, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. The salary and benefits do not quite match the levels offered by other leading companies offer for cutting-edge technology professionals. Additionally, the promotion and appraisal processes were highly disappointing, even for those who put in significant effort and added substantial value to the product. Work-life balance is occasionally challenging to manage. Nonetheless, Tietoevry remains a very good place to work

Fixed salary ,Gifts every Diwali ,good company culture

Dislikes

No promotions ,less hikes recently nepotism introduced here where relatives of manager are also joining companies have seen people working from car and manufacturing companies working as functional consultant on dynamics erp like f&o just because they are relatives or know the manager very bad to hire someone who have not worked on software companies earlier in their career should give the chance instead to deserving ones.

Lack of job security. Fixed time 9 am to 6 pm. no late night working.

...nologies or on backend technologies only [Depending on the project to project] No extra compensation for employees no appreciation for good work.

I appreciate the work culture at Tietoevry along with this the collaborative work environment where teamwork & innovation are encouraged. There are lots of opportunities to work on challenging projects which helps us contribute and learn. Additionally, the focus on professional growth & support from leadership does have a sense of belonging & motivation. The work life balance is the highlight which you can consider while opting to work at Tietoevry.

...ment at Tietoevry there are always few areas of improvement in any organization. One such is not utilizing the potential of an employee and shifting projects on his work expertise along with that pay scale which can be made slightly in between the market standards not high not low just fair pay scale

Great companybto learn new technology and awesome work life balance. Being a nordic company most of the time overlaps with IST which really helps.

Dislikes

Compensation is average and other benefits are few. Onsite opportunity is few. Company has a very laid back attitude which slowly and slowly it affects you too.
