...Polite and friendly behaviour at every level. Senior management is approachable. Great salary and perks. Leave policy is excellent

Dislikes

Upper management is obtuse to change. Culture although is average the projection of it is too high which is not the reality. Closed nityed senior management run the company based on their wins and fences rather than logic sometimes. A lot of influence by the UK team to drive everything in India although culturally not able to comprehend the needs of Indian employees. Infrastructure is poor and this definitely a work from office company contrary to what they advertise.

Very less appraisal (5%) for exceed expectations. No Bonus CEO is a micro manager and CPO has created a toxic culture in prod-engineering ESOP of no value as the price at which they issue is very high now

Great compensation, supportive employees and employee friendly environment with great oportunities to progress in career if performance is good and above all great work life balance.

Dislikes

Can provide more holidays, travel perks should be open pan India as well, should keep more team outings for team bonding activities.
