Worst of all, take even one emergency leave, and your salary will be docked without hesitation, regardless of how much extra time you’ve already put in. Toxic and Ineffective Management The management team at Tibro Tours is unapproachable and dismissive. During my time there, I frequently found myself with no tasks assigned, only to be reprimanded by the head of the MICE department, Mr. Dhaval, for “idling.” When I raised the issue of not being assigned work, I was completely ignored, and two days later, I received an email terminating my internship. Manipulation and Sudden Terminations The company has a pattern of hiring interns with promises of long-term employment, only to terminate them as soon as the busy season ends. I was given false promises of training, professional development, and a potential full-time role, but once they had gotten all the work they needed from me, I was abruptly dismissed. This is not an isolated incident but rather a clear strategy to exploit interns during peak periods and dispose of them once their value diminishes. Final Warning to Future Employees To anyone who has recently accepted an offer or is about to join Tibro Tours: reconsider your decision. This is not a company that values its employees, especially not its interns. You will be overworked, underappreciated, and ultimately discarded when they no longer need you. Don’t be the next victim of this manipulative and toxic work culture.
