...ots of XML stuff and Web APIs you can learn. Teammates and work culture is good. Salary hike and bonus are given every year

Dislikes

Lack of growth and lack of good managers. Few projects are very linear and no new technologies can be learnt.

Work Life Balance, Yearly Bonus, Job security, Helping nature of non Indian colleagues, learning

Dislikes

Strict Policy for notice period, Indian working process, Salary hike is low and even in terms of exceptional case.

Excellent work life balance with no politics atleast in my project what I know. Managers are really nice and co-operative

Dislikes

Salary and appraisals are not upto the market standards, though new merger working on it. So many expectations from new merger.

Likes

The work life balance is good. The compensation is fair as compared to the market in Pune.

Dislikes

The HR department can be more collaborative with the employees. No surveys or feedbacks are conducted regarding personal concerns, work life etc. But overall good place to work with. There are no official or paid trainings for P&T department. No outings or and very few team Lunches.

The team mates and flexibility in timing in the project

Dislikes

Some managers do not value individuals strength and take their own decisions , compensation is too decent not as expected , management need to think about the interests of the individuals instead following the mangers
