Good salary and Benefits. Few talented professionals who are easy to work with. Job security.

Extreme politics at mid and senior leadership. Biased management which favours a selective inner circle only. Yes Sir = fast tracked promotions. India Leadership lacks vision. Mostly all Linkedin heros with very little substance. Good place for fresh/graduates but a total shit show at the leadership level.

Good work environment. Good pay package. Medical and life Insurance benifits very good better than most of other companies. Flexibility in work timings. Company transport. Many other good perks.

Not much, sometimes pressurised to work as per US counterparts.

Good platform to learn new skills as TIAA provide educational reimbursement. One of the good companies which pay good salaries

Management is not at all good Not at all employee satisfaction No work life balance due to pathetic night shifts HR team is not at all helpful Bo growth opportunities due to unhealthy competition and dirty politics Senior management start humiliating you if you raise a complaint against them

Good opportunity for someone who wishes to upskill their knowledge skills as they have many good policies regarding cross training and higher education as well

Dislikes

Salary benefits for Operations team is quite less as compared to other processes.
