Company Culture - The management in Finance/Accounting Department has an licking culture. Favoritism. Work is very manual and systems are decades old. Work which you get is something the US Team detest to work. Promotions are for those in managers good books and not performance based

The pay scale is good for freshers and the assistant directors are very professional and approachable

The work environment is hostile at junior levels, for resolution of any problem one has to speak to the senior managers

Good pay. Great leave policies and employee friendly management. Free home pick up and drop. Timely appraisals which is very important nowadays.

Extreme politics at mid and senior leadership. Biased management which favours a selective inner circle only. Yes Sir = fast tracked promotions. India Leadership lacks vision. Mostly all Linkedin heros with very little substance. Good place for fresh/graduates but a total shit show at the leadership level.
