Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

There is a lot of planning issues with management. Salary is good but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.

Overall a nice company, with good work culture. Growing revenues, good profitable organisation. Work life balance is very good.

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

... care for any kind of indeed. Even if you complain no one is there to listen. Salary distribution is not proper, e.g. if you have salary of 6 LPA and your new junior will get 7 LPA. Irrespective of experience and qualities, also relation are matter.

FTC & Parment employ policy employ treatment is poor. In FTC job security is very less. promotions and appraisal for FTC is very terrible.

...plain mode for getting leaves. Lastly pays average compared to market standards. One more pathetic rule is they will deduct salary for latecommings to office even for 5 minutes
