Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

Dislikes

... care for any kind of indeed. Even if you complain no one is there to listen. Salary distribution is not proper, e.g. if you have salary of 6 LPA and your new junior will get 7 LPA. Irrespective of experience and qualities, also relation are matter.

Likes about it’s job security. Never heard of any news on layoff in my 9 years of working with Thyssenkrupp

Dislikes

...plain mode for getting leaves. Lastly pays average compared to market standards. One more pathetic rule is they will deduct salary for latecommings to office even for 5 minutes

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
