They never kickout anyone from company

Dislikes

No promotion of third party role employee chipest salary. Discrimination between permanent employee and third party role. Burden of work pouring on third party employee. Totally monoploy of Onrole employees and tkii hiring most of third party outsourcing.

Facilities available but not upto mark. Facilities not made available to employees.

Dislikes

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market. Not having trust if requested for WFH. Not giving good feedback if researched or enquired from outside agency.

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.
