Facilities available but not upto mark. Facilities not made available to employees.

Dislikes

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market. Not having trust if requested for WFH. Not giving good feedback if researched or enquired from outside agency.

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

Depending upon manager the facilities and amenities are available to your site.

Dislikes

... care for any kind of indeed. Even if you complain no one is there to listen. Salary distribution is not proper, e.g. if you have salary of 6 LPA and your new junior will get 7 LPA. Irrespective of experience and qualities, also relation are matter.
