Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Facilities available but not upto mark. Facilities not made available to employees.

Dislikes

Earlier and current is not comparable. HR n admin is not transperant. People's salary is not as per structure atleast for me it's really not good comparable with existing and current market. Not having trust if requested for WFH. Not giving good feedback if researched or enquired from outside agency.

Dislikes

Favoritism to close ones & because of this huge salary difference in same grade/band are the main concerns. For my service Tenure with mfg I noticed that people with greater mistakes will get higher increments & technical people who are easily resolving issues are getting lower %. Also L+1 is trying demotivating technical team. Management not reviewing why so many recruited technical people left from production dept. (WTC).
