The very best part of working in thyssenkrupp is its timely salary,which of course is of great importance for any employee.

...anagement doesn't address our issues.May be this thing varies from site to site.Salary is decent but career growth is slow for contractual employees & all person have same basic irrespective of their total salary i.e. whatever amount they are getting in hand had nothing to do with this.Everyone have been given fixed basic.

thyssenkrupp is german multinational heavy engineering giant with enrich technical capabilities. Work environment is conventional core company type with great work life balance.

... indian core company type. There is no innovation and career growth is too slow. Salary is bit low from market standard for younger generation employees.

Engineering Drawing, Working systems, Shop culture, Various activities, Projects.

...ing there for every shop, which ultimately not allow to next generation to grow. If you are not permanent employee, then salary is not upto mark.

Overall a nice company, with good work culture. Growing revenues, good profitable organisation. Work life balance is very good.

Dislikes

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

... care for any kind of indeed. Even if you complain no one is there to listen. Salary distribution is not proper, e.g. if you have salary of 6 LPA and your new junior will get 7 LPA. Irrespective of experience and qualities, also relation are matter.
