There is a very good environment here, where the safety culture is also good. We get good response as well as support from head office.Company policy is very good.

There is a contract bond, before two years you can't resign. If you resign you loss your one month salary.

No promotion of third party role employee chipest salary. Discrimination between permanent employee and third party role. Burden of work pouring on third party employee. Totally monoploy of Onrole employees and tkii hiring most of third party outsourcing.

Overall a nice company, with good work culture. Growing revenues, good profitable organisation. Work life balance is very good.

Dislikes

Salary is below market standard. Poor increment. Most importantly it is no more a part of Thyssenkrupp Germany. Since indian stackhilders has acquired the entire stack. Hence it is become an Indian MNC.

... care for any kind of indeed. Even if you complain no one is there to listen. Salary distribution is not proper, e.g. if you have salary of 6 LPA and your new junior will get 7 LPA. Irrespective of experience and qualities, also relation are matter.
